At Basketball Flanders and the sports clubs it covers, there is a so-called drop-out of members from sports clubs as young as 11 years old. The two main reasons for the drop-out from the sports club are: declining interest and a different distribution of time. Through Hoops, the drop-out will have to be prevented and the 3x3 basketball community increased. Therefore, together with Basketball Flanders, we have developed the Hoops platform.
The platform also gives Basketball Flanders insight into where, when and how much basketball is played in the Netherlands. This allows the organisation to implement better policies, develop new revenue models and create more bond with basketball players.
Besides developing and rolling out the platform itself, we also support in developing a marketing plan and marketing materials.
We also developed the Hoops logo, roll-up banners, posters, flyers, QR code stickers, social media templates and a promotional video. Below, we give a glimpse of the Hoops app.
